When buying a server with a promotion applied to it you automatically waive the right for any refund or SLA guarantee. Be the promotion recurring or non-recurring, once applied to your specific product, you might no longer have any of the provided guarantees.

The automatic support level assigned to any product bought with a promotional code shall be the lowest and can not be increased.
